Bespoke bar installation at St George’s Hall, Bradford
Manufacture and installation of bespoke bars with zinc countertops
Funded by Bradford Council and the Heritage Lottery Fund, the Grade II listed building that first opened its doors in 1853, has recently undergone a multimillion-pound refurbishment. This included external improvements and repairs to the original ashlar sandstone facades as well as an extensive refurbishment to the front of house and auditorium.
TS Booker was approached by Henry Boot Construction, with whom we have completed a number of projects over the years, to manufacture and install various bars and concession stands throughout the building.
The design and materials were very specific. Stained timber slatted facades and zinc bar tops house the functional bar furniture beneath and offer a modern classic aesthetic, whist powder coated steel features are a nod to the industrial history of the city.
The refurbishment is to an extremely high standard and is a testament to all involved. It is certainly one that we are proud to have been a part of.
TS Booker can manufacture bespoke furniture for all sectors within the hospitality industry, available in a wide range of materials and finishes. Should you wish to enquire, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 01924 372062.
