The TS Booker sales and design team is extremely experienced in delivering project solutions for Educational establishments, Healthcare, Laboratories, Libraries, Hotels, Police stations and Prisons.
We are regularly commissioned to undertake full turnkey installations including floor finishes, suspended ceilings, decoration, mechanical & electrical work and all the furniture. Interfacing and liasing with other contractors is also a day to day occurrence.
The team is built up of qualified furniture and interior designers, technical field sales representatives, engineers and time served apprenticeship-trained cabinet-makers.
TS Booker has been at the forefront of design, manufacture & installation of high quality furniture since 1938, we attribute our success partly to our Advice and Consultation service.
TS Booker sales and design teams meet with the client to discuss a detailed brief and give advice on current legislation, guidance and Building Bulletins.
We will also share our experiences and knowledge gained from other clients to try to establish the client’s requirements.
Upon receipt of the project details TS Booker will arrange a sequence of meetings with the client and all consultants to establish a detailed working brief.
The site can be surveyed in full, including mechanical & electrical surveys. This establishes the state of the existing building and identifies any potential problems that need to be resolved. Asbestos reports are requested and discussed in detail with specialist companies and the planning supervisors.
TS Booker then develop sketch design proposals for client approval which are then developed into fully detailed CAD drawings showing all hidden detail, electrical sockets, gas water and waste services.
TS Booker staff, based in our Wakefield Office undertakes all this work. The TS Booker teams liaise with all sub-contractors, client consultant engineers, quantity surveyors and architects to develop a scheme that is feasible and within budget.
