Planning and Project Management


The TS Booker project management teams are extremely experienced in delivering project solutions for educational establishments.


We are regularly commissioned to undertake full turnkey installations including floor finishes, suspended ceilings, decoration, mechanical & electrical work and all the furniture. The team is built up of qualified furniture and interior designers, technical field sales representatives, engineers and time served apprenticeship-trained cabinet-makers.


Our installation management team can give assistance with the mechanical & electrical requirements.


Our representatives can attend Project planning meetings with architects and builders.


We will supervise the manufacturing, delivery and installation of all fitted & loose furniture and equipment.


TS Booker strive to ensure programmes are maintained and delays do not occur.


TS Booker employs our own teams of installers that are all in-house apprentice trained and are all experienced in working in educational establishments.


Our Health & Safety advisers and team are continually striving to ensure that all issues associated with construction design management (CDM) are maintained.


TS Booker's project management strategy is based on continual assessment and communication.




Upon confirmation that the design work is acceptable TS Booker would then develop the Health & Safety plan in conjunction with the planning supervisor and all parties concerned with Asbestos removal etc.


Construction Design Management (CDM) documents are produced and the HSE informed.


TS Booker produce working drawings for manufacturing purposes.


This acts as a double check for all matters previously discussed.


Our Operations manager and Installations manager would arrange for the site to be visited again to check all details with the final set of drawings.


TS Booker partnering mechanical & electrical contractors have built up a working relationship with the TS Booker planning team. This framework of knowledge is crucial to the development of a project; all parties are responsible for all elements of the installation. Our plumbers and electricians are all fully aware of the furniture requirements. Our project management team uses the knowledge of our workforce to ensure that the agreed programme of works is maintained.
