Quality & Environmental Policy
The quality and Environmental Policy of TS Booker is to determine, agree and confirm to our client’s needs and expectations whilst fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001 statutory law and other compliance obligations. The company also recognises that the protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution is an important aspect of the company’s overall performance and is a major responsibility of Top Management.
TS Booker do not use wood from forest areas where traditional or civil rights are violated, forest areas where high conservation values are threatened, wood from genetically modified trees, wood that has been harvest illegally or wood harvest from areas which have been converted from natural forest to plantations or non-forest uses.
TS Booker recognises that to be competitive and maintain good economic performance in the scope of design, manufacturing and installation of bespoke fitted furniture, we must employ management systems that continually improve the quality of our products and service that in turn increases the satisfaction of our clients, employees and other interested parties.
Key objectives of TS Booker are that the Management Systems Provides :-
- Confidence to our clients and that their requirements for quality and safety are being achieved in the delivered product or service.
- Confidence to our management and staff that the requirements for quality are being fulfilled and maintained that quality improvements take place.
- A framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.
We are conscious that the motivation of our employees is dependent on their training and understanding of the tasks they are expected to perform It is part of our on-going training programme that this policy is communicated and understood at appropriate levels within the company and to interested parties.
