When designing science laboratories particular care is taken to ensure that the distances between the Service pedestals and workbenches is kept within the recommended distances as issued by the British standard BS3202. Our designers also ensure that the pupils have sufficient kneespace and worktop area to undertake both written and practical work. The position of the water taps, gas taps and electrical sockets are all considered at the design stage, pupils do not have to stretch to reach the valves and switches.
